Evening Kitchen Hand (Dishwashing & Cleaning)

A Sunnynook Punjabi style restaurant is seeking a reliable Evening Kitchen Hand to join there team. This role focuses mainly on washing dishes and keeping the kitchen clean and hygienic during and after service.
Wash and sanitise dishes, utensils, pots, pans, and cooking equipment. Maintain cleanliness of all kitchen surfaces, benches, sinks, and food prep areas. Complete end of night cleaning, including wiping down equipment, mopping floors, and taking out rubbish. Ensure all cleaning is carried out to food safety and hygiene standards. Support chefs by keeping the dish area organised and ensuring clean items are available during service.
Job Requirements
No qualifications needed
Having a command of the various indian languages an advantage Must be reliable and able to work evening shifts only. Able to work in a fast paced environment during busy dinner service. Good attention to hygiene and cleanliness. Physically able to stand for long periods and perform manual cleaning tasks. Positive attitude and willingness to help the team.

- Fixed term evening shift for at least 6 months 5pm - 10pm, 6 days per week (minimum of 25hrs per week up to 30hrs) (25 hours per week)
