General Labourer

General Labourers are required for the Thames, Whitianga and Coromandel areas. You will provide physical support to tradespeople, contractors, and site teams. This role involves performing a variety of manual tasks to assist with construction, maintenance, and operational activities while ensuring a safe and productive work environment.

Key Responsibilities • Assist with loading and unloading materials, tools, and equipment • Perform general site clean-up and maintain a tidy work area • Assist skilled workers such as builders, operators, and technicians • Use hand tools and basic power tools safely • Move materials and supplies to designated areas • Follow instructions from supervisors and team leaders • Help set up and dismantle equipment and work areas • Follow all workplace health and safety procedures • Identify and report hazards or unsafe conditions • Perform other general duties as required
