Class 2 Truck Driver – Vehicle Recovery Location: Putaruru Hours: Full-time – 40 hours per week A Putaruru-based company is seeking a reliable and professional Class 2 Truck Driver to join their team in a vehicle recovery role. This position requires someone who can operate a recovery truck safely, interact positively with customers, and represent the business with professionalism. Key Responsibilities
Recover and transport vehicles using a Class 2 truck Provide excellent customer service on-site and over the phone Handle cash and payments accurately and responsibly Complete job documentation and follow company procedures Maintain a clean and tidy truck and uphold safety standards
Job Requirements
About You
Hold a full NZ Class 2 licence Experience with vehicle recovery is preferred (training can be provided for the right person) Strong customer service and communication skills Trustworthy, reliable, and able to handle cash transactions Able to work independently and problem-solve on the job Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors No criminal convictions (clean MOJ check required)
