As a Commis Chef, you will: • Prepare and present dishes to the highest standards • Maintain cleanliness and organisation across the kitchen and workstations • Support the kitchen team in all aspects of service and daily operations
This role will initially be offered on a casual basis, with the opportunity to progress into a full-time position for the right candidate, depending on performance, commitment, and skill development.
Job Requirements
• Previous experience as a chef in a five-star hotel preferred (strong restaurant experience will also be considered) • Relevant culinary qualifications and required certifications • Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends • A genuine passion for creating high-quality dishes • A positive, can-do attitude and strong teamwork skills
