Food and Beverage Supervisors

We are seeking two experienced and motivated Food & Beverage Supervisors to join our dynamic hospitality team in one of New Zealand’s most iconic visitor destinations. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys leading from the front while delivering outstanding guest experiences. You will play a key role in ensuring smooth daily operations of our Food & Beverage department while maintaining exceptional service standards. Key responsibilities are; Overseeing the Food and Beverage teams, provide supervision, training and guidance to attendants; ensure our guest satisfaction, that they are seated and served in a friendly and professional manner, liaise with kitchen and bar staff, support customer requests and manage complaints and conflict resolution, maintain a proactive approach to sanitising and cleaning ensuring a high quality presentation of our restaurant at all times; reception, cash handling

LCQ and a relevant tertiary qualification in hospitality or related field would be an advantage; Passion for delivering outstanding customer service, Strong organisational and multitasking abilities; excellent verbal communication skills;
