Earthworks Foreman

We’re looking for an Experienced Earthworker / Foreman to join our team. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who knows earthworks inside and out and isn’t afraid to jump on the tools or into a machine when needed.

You’ll be leading by example on a mix of residential, commercial, and subdivision projects, delivering quality work while keeping safety and standards high.

What you’ll be doing • Leading and delivering earthworks projects of varying scale • Completing cut & fills, floor slab preparations, and site works • Operating plant including skidsteers, excavators, rollers, and loaders • Reading and working from plans and set-outs • Running jobs independently or with crew support • Assisting on the ground when required • Maintaining strong safety, quality, and site standards

What we’re looking for • Strong experience in commercial earthworks and site works • Confident operator across a range of plant (skidsteer essential) • Solid understanding of cut & fill, slab prep, and civil works • Comfortable leading by example and supporting crews • Clear communicator with a practical, positive attitude • Full driver licence (WTR and Class 2+ preferred)
