Drainage/Plant Operator

We’re looking for a Drainage Digger Operator to join our team.

This role suits someone with solid machine experience who enjoys tidy work, works well with others, and takes pride in doing the job right. You’ll be working alongside experienced drainlayers and crew across residential, commercial, and civil drainage projects.

What you’ll be doing • Operating excavators (approx. 5–20T) • Trenching, digging manholes, and preparing pipe runs • Working closely with drainlayers and labourers • Loading trucks, backfilling, and managing spoil • Keeping sites tidy and machinery well looked after • Jumping in to help the crew when needed

What we’re looking for • Some experience operating diggers (drainage or civil preferred) • Good awareness of trench safety and levels • Reliable, steady worker with a good attitude • Able to follow site plans and instructions • Full driver licence (WTR an advantage) • Team-focused
