Restaurant Staff

Paihia Hotel is seeking enthusiastic and reliable Restaurant Staff to join our team on a full-time basis through to May 2026. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a busy, customer-focused hospitality environment in the heart of Paihia.

In this role, you will be responsible for greeting and seating guests in a warm and professional manner, ensuring they feel welcomed from the moment they arrive. You will confidently take accurate food and beverage orders, provide menu recommendations where appropriate, and deliver meals and drinks efficiently while maintaining high service standards.

Key duties include serving food and beverages to guests, checking in to ensure satisfaction, clearing and resetting tables promptly, and returning dishes and glassware to the kitchen. You will also assist with maintaining cleanliness in dining and service areas, restocking supplies, and supporting the wider team during busy service periods.

We are looking for team players who have a positive attitude, strong communication skills, and a commitment to delivering excellent customer service. The ability to work well under pressure, multitask, and remain professional at all times is essential. Previous hospitality experience is an advantage, but not required for the right candidate with a willingness to learn.
