A New Zealand-owned and operated hotel in the Auckland Airport Precinct is looking for Part-Time Guest Service Agents to join their Food & Beverage team. These roles sit across the hotel’s Conference Centre and A La Carte restaurant, perfect for individuals who are passionate about guest interaction, food and beverage service, and thrive in a dynamic environment.
As a Guest Service Agent, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service in the hotel’s restaurant and bar, while also supporting the conference centre with events and functions to ensure a seamless guest experience.
Available Positions: 1 x Part-Time Conference Guest Service Agent 2 x Part-Time Restaurant Guest Service Agents
Key responsibilities include: - Serving food and beverages to guests - Taking orders and clearing tables efficiently - Working behind the bar and handling room service orders - Assisting with conference events and functions - Delivering exceptional customer service to ensure guest satisfaction The employer is looking for team members who have experience working in a restaurant with A La Carte service. You should be highly attentive to detail, reliable, well-presented, and eager to learn. You must also be hardworking and physically able to handle a role where you'll be on your feet throughout the day.
Shifts & Availability: - Monday to Sunday roster - Minimum of 3 rostered shifts per week - Mostly PM shifts, with flexibility for AM shifts when required - Shifts range from 4–6 hours per day - Exact start and finish times will be discussed during the interview

Job Requirements
- Proven experience in a restaurant offering A La Carte service is essential (fast food experience alone is not sufficient) - Must be able to pass a Ministry of Justice (MOJ) check and drug test - A full driver’s licence is preferred due to early morning starts and late finishes - Physically fit and capable of being on your feet for most of the shift - Flexible and willing to pick up additional shifts to cover annual leave and sick leave when required - A current Liquor Licence and General Manager’s Certificate would be an advantage, but are not mandatory - Must have reliable transport to and from work - Applicants must hold a valid work visa, New Zealand citizenship, or New Zealand residency
