We are currently seeking a motivated and reliable Shift Manager to join a busy and supportive fast-paced food service team in Gore.

Key Responsibilities: -Leading and supporting staff during rostered shifts -Ensuring excellent customer service is delivered at all times -Opening and closing the store when required -Assisting with staff training and development -Managing stock levels and food preparation standards -Maintaining high levels of health and safety and cleanliness -Handling cash and operating POS systems
Job Requirements
-Previous experience in hospitality, retail, or customer service -Some leadership or supervisory experience preferred -Ability to work independently and as part of a team -Strong communication and time management skills -Reliable and flexible with availability -A positive attitude and willingness to learn

- Hours include evenings, weekends & public holidays. This position is mainly night & weekend work. (20 hours per week)
