18-Speed - Eastern Puller - Transformer Class 4 Driver

An Auckland-based civil construction company is looking for a Full-Time Permanent Class 4 Driver to join their growing team.

This company specialises in civil construction and earthworks projects across Auckland. They operate in a fast-paced, hands-on environment and pride themselves on maintaining high safety standards, reliability, and strong teamwork on site.

In this role, your day-to-day tasks will include: - Operating Class 4 vehicles, including 18-speed trucks, transporting materials between multiple sites across Auckland - Assisting with earthworks, including loading, unloading, and general site preparation - Conducting pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safety and compliance - Ensuring safe and secure transportation of materials in line with health and safety regulations - Coordinating with site supervisors regarding delivery schedules and site requirements - Maintaining accurate records of trips, materials transported, and vehicle inspections

What We’re Looking For: - Valid Class 4 Driver Licence - Minimum 2 years’ experience driving heavy vehicles (preferably 18-speed manual trucks) - Experience transporting construction materials and/or working in earthworks - Physically fit and capable of manual labour tasks - Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently across multiple sites - Good knowledge of workplace health and safety practices - Able to pass Drug Test, Ministry of Justice Check (Considered Case by Case)

Desirable (but not essential): - Experience operating earthmoving equipment - Familiarity with Auckland road networks and heavy vehicle navigation
