Labourers - Forklift & All Rounder

We’re looking for a motivated and reliable Labourer/Trade Assistant to join our Special Project – Wind Division for a fixed-term role for an immediate start to the end of July primarily you will be utilising your Telehandler or Forklift experience in your day to day duties.

Working under the direction of the Site Manager, you’ll support the construction, operation, and maintenance of a wind farm, working primarily outside the turbines.

This is a hands-on role where no two days are the same - from assisting tradespeople and operating tools, to spotting for machinery, moving materials, and keeping the site running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities: • Assist trades and technicians with site-based work • Perform manual labour tasks including lifting, carrying, digging, assembling and water blasting • Operate tools and equipment safely (powered and non-powered) • Support traffic management and spotting for moving vehicles • Keep work areas clean, safe, and organised • Maintain strong, positive relationships with colleagues and clients • packing and devanning containers

You must have the below prerequisites to be considered for this role: • Telehandler license preferred (but Experienced Forklift Operators considered.) • Previous construction, civil, carpentry, hammer hand, or general labouring experience (preferred) • Full Drivers License • Clear pre-employment drug and alcohol screening • Team player who is reliable, punctual, and safety-focused • You must be able to pass a police check and pre-employment drug test, as part of the employment process • Hold New Zealand citizenship or have New Zealand Permanent Residency
