A skilled and motivated Baker is required to join the team full-time in Whangarei, responsible for daily production and ensuring the highest standard of baked products.
Key Responsibilities:
-Preparing and baking a range of products including breads, rolls, buns, cakes, and pies.
-Ensuring cleanliness of equipment and premises before and during production in line with health and safety regulations.
-Checking quality of raw materials and accurately weighing ingredients Kneading, fermenting, cutting, moulding, mixing, and shaping dough and pastry products.
-Monitoring oven temperatures and product appearance to meet quality standards.
-Coordinating forming, loading, baking, unloading, and cooling of bakery batches.
Job Requirements
-Ideally 2+ years baking experience (preference given if have pie making experience) -Applicants with less experience will be considered if they demonstrate a great attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn. -Positive work attitude and strong communication skills. -Physically fit with the ability to handle a fast-paced workload.
-Own transport (Full license) and availability for early 4.00am starts and rostered weekend work.
-Convictions case by case, Able to disclose and we will consider.

- Monday - Friday (roster weekends) 4.00am - - 10.00am (30 hours per week)
