We’re a Wigram-based team supplying bulk landscape products, providing a safe, supportive, and fun environment. This Administration & Trade Support role provides key administration and sales support across all channels (in-store, phone, email, eCommerce) and helps keep the team running smoothly.

- Day-to-day shop operations: ordering, receipting, and dispatching goods - Managing sales transactions across all channels - Maintaining company systems: SOPs, catalogue data, CRM, and Shopify - Providing quotations and following up on sales opportunities - Supporting safe, effective operations and excellent customer service

Job Requirements

- Retail sales experience with a strong commitment to customer service excellence - Knowledge of garden, landscape, or trade industries is an advantage - Strong technology skills (POS, Shopify, email, Google Sheets, communication apps) - Commitment to health and safety - Full Licence - Clean MOJ

Days of work
Monday to Friday 8.00am - 3.30pm (35 hours per week)
