Community support worker

Right now, we're helping to place support workers who assist people to live as independently as possible in their home and community. Responsibilities are varied and you will follow a care plan, which may include: meal preparation, personal cares (showering & toileting assistance), home management and medication administration. Career growth is built in as these roles offer the opportunity to earn NZQA-recognised qualifications through workplace-based assessments, with progressive pay as you advance. If you are positive, have a can do attitude, enjoy learning and you value teamwork and purpose, this could be a good fit for you. These are hands-on, people-focused jobs that build real relationships. Currently work is available in Carterton, South Wairarapa and Masterton. Restricted or Full licence and own car is essential. • Morning: 7:00am – 11am • Evening: 4.00pm – 7.00pm With additional hours available.
