Exterior/ Interior House Cleaner

Cleaning residential interior surfaces including floors, walls, ceilings, kitchens, bathrooms, windows, and fixtures. Cleaning residential exterior areas including building exteriors, decks, driveways, gutters, fences, and exterior windows. Sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, scrubbing, and washing surfaces as required. Using cleaning equipment and tools to remove dirt, dust, mould, grime, and other debris. Preparing cleaning solutions and handling chemicals in accordance with safety instructions. Emptying rubbish bins and disposing of waste appropriately. Conducting routine inspections of work areas to ensure cleanliness standards are met. Reporting any damages or hazards identified during cleaning to management. Working at heights using ladders and approved safety equipment where required. Operating Mobile Elevating Work Platforms (MEWP) where necessary (training provided). Following workplace health and safety policies at all times.

-Must have full class 1 drivers license (there is usage of a company vehicle so this is a must) - Must pass drug test -must pass a police background check (MOJ must be clean) -Physically fit with no injuries and comfortable with manual labour - Must have excellent communication skills - Must be able to work unsupervised - at least 6 months experience in a similar role -this role requires internal/external cleaning of properties so need to be comfortable doing general cleaning duties as well as tasks like water blasting
