About this job

As a member of our team, you will be responsible for a lot of duties including:

Bone or slice high value, quality beef and lamb into primal cuts for further processing or packaging for both local and export commercial or wholesale use. Taking pride in their work with strong attention to detail and the ability to listen and follow directions. Wearing Personal Protective Equipment - hard hat, safety glasses, steel toe boots, mesh safety equipment - as provided by the Employer.

Job Requirements

NZQCF Level 4 qualification in meat processing OR At least three years of relevant experience as a Meat Boner, Experienced Knife Hand, or Bandsaw Operator. Experience may substitute for the formal qualification.
