Experienced Nanny wanted

We are seeking an experienced and resilient Nanny to support a busy household based in Mairangi Bay, North Shore. This role can be structured as either live in or live out, depending on the right candidate. This is a consistent, ongoing position requiring reliability, emotional maturity, and confidence working with high energy children.

The Family:

A warm, busy family with three children, aged 5, 6, and 8. They value a calm, structured with routine in their environment who are looking for a long-term nanny who can become a trusted and steady presence in their children’s lives. The children are bright, engaging and high energy who require someone confident in managing big personalities

Days & hours: Schedule – Weekly

• Wednesday & Thursday: 3.00pm – 4.30pm • Friday: 3.00pm – 8.00pm • Saturday & Sunday: Combined 16.5 hours (daytime hours, varied depending on needs)

Additional hours may be available in the alternate week.

A typical day will include:

• Picking children up from school in the afternoon • Taking children to after-school activities if required • Overseeing children’s homework • Assisting with dinners to prepare occasionally • Helping with bedtime routines on the late shift • Supporting general after school chores, including unpacking bags and getting ready for the morning rush

Someone patient, nurturing, and able to maintain structure and routine while engaging children in fun and structured activities who is able to provide emotional regulation support

• Pay rate: $25–$35 per hour ( for the right candidate) • Live in option to the right candidate • Nanny must have their own vehicle • Experience with high energy children • Pass a high level police check • Come with references in childcare
