Service Technician

We are seeking experienced Service Technicians to join our Hamilton workshop team. This is a hands-on role responsible for diagnosing technical faults, servicing, and maintaining a wide range of domestic appliances and whiteware; both in house and out in the field. Key Responsibilities • Troubleshooting, diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining domestic appliances and whiteware • Conducting workshop-based and on-site service work • Completing accurate data entry and maintaining detailed service records • Providing professional customer service, including telephone diagnosis and troubleshooting • Representing Trade Depot in a professional manner at all times • Actively participating in toolbox and health & safety meetings

-Strong time management and task prioritisation skills -Excellent mechanical and electronic aptitude -EAS/EST qualification and/or relevant Electrical or Appliance Repair qualifications -Proven experience as a Service/Repair Technician or in a similar role -Proficiency with diagnostic tools and testing equipment -Strong knowledge of domestic appliance types -Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills -Professional communication skills -Good computer literacy -Able to pass Drug Test -Able to pass MOJ Check -Need reliable transport (Full or Restricted DL)
