Gardener / Lawnmowing Team Members Required

FULL TIME WORK available. We are currently looking for 2-3 RELIABLE and motivated GARDENER/LAWNMOWING team members to join our NORTH SHORE-RODNEY team. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in maintaining tidy spaces, and can work both independently and as part of a team. You must be flexible to do both gardening and lawnmowing.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Lawn mowing, edging, and general turf maintenance • Garden care including planting, pruning, weeding, and mulching • Operation of gardening equipment and lawnmowers • Rubbish removal and site clean-up • Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard and within timeframes • Following health and safety procedures at all times

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR: • A strong work ethic with a positive attitude and MUST be reliable • Physically fit and able to undertake manual outdoor work • Ability to work in all weather conditions • Reliable, punctual, and well-presented • Experience preferred but not essential – TRAINING will be provided • Ability to work in a team or unsupervised and show initiative
