This is a hands-on, guest-facing leadership role responsible for the smooth and successful daily operation of the venue. You will lead by example, with a strong focus on developing your team and delivering exceptional service. Key Responsibilities Lead, supervise, and develop a diverse team to maintain high service standards Foster a positive team culture as a respected and effective leader Recruit, train, and mentor team members to build capability and drive performance Maintain an environment aligned with the group’s philosophy of exceeding customer expectations Build strong relationships with guests and colleagues to support service and commercial success Work closely with the culinary leadership team to ensure seamless operations Ensure full compliance with Liquor Licensing, Health and Safety, food safety, and relevant legislation Oversee operational systems to ensure the venue runs efficiently
Job Requirements
- Must have at least 1 year of hospitality experience - Positive attitude
- Days of work
- Monday to Sunday Rostered shifts over 6 days Start time: 11am Finish time:12pm. Candidates need to be flexible (35 hours per week)
