About us and our farm Our farm 145 ha flat farm few rolling hills, half farm peak soil and the other half minerals soil milking platform, milking around 460 cow's peak and supplying Fonterra. We run a system 5 and we milk 200 cows in winter Who we're looking for Must have 1 year experience in dairy farming Honest, reliable and take pride in your work Keen to learn and progress in dairy industry Positive, respect and a good communicator Able to follow direction, priorities task and show initiative

milking cows, using protract and cow manager, driving tractor, feeding out on feed pad help calving cows and known how to put iv metabolic bag in a downer cow. identify animal health issues (lame cows, mastitis cow's milk fever cows. calving trouble and non-cycling cows) weeds, fencing, working with vets, contract milker and farm manager. can demonstrate good animal husbandry
