About Us: Chamber Employment Services are based in Manukau. We operate from a busy campus where job seekers are welcomed into a safe and friendly environment. Our approach ensures that every individual is treated with respect, aroha, and manaakitanga, empowering them to build confidence and take meaningful steps toward employment.

Key Responsibilities: • Supporting job seekers to develop personalised Employment Pathway Plans • Providing one-on-one career coaching and job search guidance • Preparing candidates for interviews and overall work readiness • Maintaining regular, meaningful contact with participants once employed • Engaging with employers to monitor progress and address any issues early • Completing administrative tasks and ensuring timely, accurate reporting

Skills & Attributes: • Highly empathetic with a practical, solutions-focused approach • Excellent organisation and time management skills • High attention to detail and accuracy • Proactive and able to take initiative

**This is a 6-month fixed term

• Proven experience in employment services, career coaching, or recruitment. • Demonstrated success supporting job seekers into sustainable employment. • Proven experience managing a caseload and meeting KPIs and outcomes. • Cultural competency and experience with Maori and Pacific youth. • Must hold a full drivers licence and own vehicle • Must be able to pass an Ministry of Justice check
