Food and Beverage Team Leader

As a Food & Beverage Team Leader, you'll use your friendly and approachable personality to create unforgettable experiences by delivering excellent service to our guests. You'll confidently interact with our guests, address any issues that arise, and train staff on service and product knowledge. Your understanding of hospitality operations will help ensure the team runs smoothly and consistently provides exceptional service. Collaborating with the Food & Beverage Supervisor and Manager, you'll implement new initiatives while focusing on developing your leadership skills to inspire and grow the team.
Job Requirements
- 2+ years leadership experience in a restaurant, bar or hotel environment - Reliable transport for early starts and late finishes - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Problem solving abilities
- Days of work
- Have flexibility to work a rotating 7 day roster including weekends & public holidays, usually between 6am - 11pm. (32 hours per week)
