About this job

• Supporting management in coordinating and supervising the overall operations of the business. • Assist in delivering a super shopping experience for our customers while monitoring and upholding the store’s legal obligations and conditions of its license and the requirements of the Sale & Supply of Alcohol Act 2012. • Giving friendly service to customers to ensure maximum customer satisfaction. • Managing product range and stock levels. • Helping with marketing activities and promotions. • Assisting with rostering, cash handling, budgeting, and health & safety aspects. • Maintaining store standards including maintenance, cleanliness, and hygiene protocols. • Contribute to the company KPI's and sales target of the business. • Open and close the Store as and when required. • Other relevant duties as requested by the management.

Positions available in Island Bay, Naenae, Mana, Hutt park

Job Requirements

• Relevant work experience will be highly preferred. • LCQ will be highly preferred. Willing to obtain Duty Manager Licence. • Available to work in a rostered shift. • Availability to work on weekends and late evening shifts. • Physically fit to be able to stand for longer hours. • Hardworking and passionate individual • Multi-tasker • Team-worker • The employer owns multiple locations within the region and that the candidate may sometimes be offered to work at any of these locations. The travel and fuel costs will be covered by the employer, where applicable. Therefore a driving licence would be a bonus.
