Retroglazier / Vintage Glazing Technician

Wigram: Are you hands-on, practical, and take pride in detailed workmanship? We’re looking for a Retroglazier to join our team installing the innovative Retroglazing System in beautiful heritage homes.

This is a unique and interesting role combining glazing and basic woodworking skills, perfect for someone who enjoys working on character properties and delivering high-quality finishes.

Key Responsibilities: - Installing the retroglazing system into existing timber windows, helping homeowners improve energy efficiency while preserving the original charm of their homes. - Assist with glass production in respect to measuring, manufacturing and installations as required. - Correctly rout and prepare timber frames for retroglazing of double glazed glass panels. - Install double glazed units in accordance with industry standards, including all job specific extra items such as colonial bars, draft seal, hinges, handles, weights, cords etc - Follow established system procedures

• Basic woodworking skills are essential • Confident using a saw, drill, and router • Strong attention to detail • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Pride in producing neat, accurate workmanship • Good communication and customer service skills • Glazing experience is a bonus, but not required. Full training will be provided. • Able to comply with Company H&S policies and procedures Restricted License, must have own vehicle Must be able to pass MOJ and Pre Employment Drug test
