Full training is provided to the right candidate, with the opportunity to progress into an apprenticeship for those who show commitment and initiative.

As a Drainage Labourer, you’ll be part of a supportive crew working on essential infrastructure projects. Your day-to-day tasks may include: - Installing and assembling drainage pipes - Working on water and stormwater systems - Digging and trench preparation - Compacting and backfilling - Assisting with heavy machinery operation - Manual labour and site support duties as required

This is a physically active, outdoor role, suited to someone who enjoys practical work and being part of a hardworking team with full-time works.

• Ideally a Full Class 1 Driver Licence (Restricted licence holders progressing to Full will be considered), Own reliable Vehicle • Holding Class 2 Driver Licence with Truck driving experience will be advantage. • Previous civil construction experience • Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions • Physically fit and capable of manual labour • Must be able to pass MoJ check, minor convictions will be considered on a case-by-case basis • An up-to-date CV with references.
