About this job
Preparation of the department, including equipment and supplies for daily and/or weekly operation. Prepare product as requested following procedures and guidelines and seek assistance from management if further guidance or direction is required. Monitor quality of product presented to the customer against the standards set and rectify any issues immediately. Service areas should always be presentable for customers. Preparation areas should follow a ‘clean as you go’ approach and all areas must be compliant with Food and Health & Safety obligations. Ensure the department is always well presented and selling space is utilised effectively for maximum retail achievement.
Job Requirements
• Barista Course and/or industry experience • Food and Related Products Processing Level 2 • Food preparation preferred by not essential Retail experience or similar Must have a updated CV Must be able to pass a police/MOJ check
