Courier Driver

A local Mount Maunganui employer is currently seeking a reliable and motivated Courier Driver to join our team based at our Mount Maunganui depot. This is a fast-paced role suited to someone who takes pride in their work and delivers excellent service. About the Role • Work starts each day from our Mount Maunganui depot • Monday to Friday, with occasional Saturday work 4.30am Start • Collect and deliver parcels and documents to designated locations • Ensure timely and accurate deliveries according to schedules • Handle packages with care and maintain delivery integrity • Operate company vehicles safely and keep them clean and presentable • Maintain accurate delivery logs and obtain customer signatures • Communicate effectively with the manager and dispatch team • Report vehicle issues and assist with basic maintenance checks • Follow all health & safety and road transport regulations • Provide excellent customer service at all delivery points • Support additional courier tasks as required by management Requirements What is on Offer • Steady weekday work with some overtime opportunities • Supportive team environment • Consistent work from a fixed depot location If you are reliable, safety-focused, and ready to work in a hands-on courier role, we’d love to hear from you. • Full Clean Class 1 driver licence (required) • Own reliable transport to get to and from work • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment • Pass a drug test • No criminal convictions • Physically fit and capable of handling parcels • Strong time management and attention to detail • Positive attitude and team-focused approach
