Cutting, trimming, deboning, and portioning poultry products
Operating knives and hand tools safely and accurately
Maintaining consistent product quality and presentation
Adhering to food safety and hygiene standards at all times
Cleaning and sanitising workstations and equipment
Working efficiently in a fast-paced production environment
Following all health and safety procedures
Meeting daily production targets
Job Requirements
Previous knife-hand or meat processing experience preferred (training provided for the right candidate)
Ability to work in a cold environment
Good hand-eye coordination and knife skills
Strong attention to detail
Physically fit and capable of repetitive tasks
Reliable and punctual
Ability to work as part of a team
- Days of work
- Monday - Friday as rostered (40 hours per week)

- $25 p/hr
