Road Sweeper Truck Operator

Are you an experienced Class 2 or 4 driver looking for a stable, fulltime role in civil and infrastructure projects? We’re looking for a reliable and safety focused Road Sweeper Truck Operator to join our Operations team.

This is a hands on role operating mechanical road sweeping vehicles across civil construction, infrastructure, commercial and high security sites. If you take pride in your driving, care about vehicle presentation, and understand the importance of Health & Safety, we want to hear from you.

What You’ll Be Doing • Safely operate mechanical road sweeper trucks on a range of sites • Complete daily pre-start inspections and report any defects • Follow site traffic management plans and safety protocols • Complete JSAs, pre-starts and all required job documentation accurately • Maintain vehicle cleanliness and refuel at the end of each shift • Ensure waste is disposed of correctly and prevent environmental contamination • Work across day, night and weekend shifts as required

Essential: • Full Class 2 Licence (Class 4 preferred) • Ability to work night shifts and weekends • Previous construction site experience • Strong understanding of Health & Safety practices • Reliable, punctual and professional attitude

Highly Regarded: • Road sweeper or civil construction experience • Experience working on airport or high-security sites • Mechanical knowledge of heavy vehicles
