We're seeking a motivated and customer-focused team member to join our Customer Experience team in Thames, based in our brand-new, purpose-built office. This is a fast-paced, phone-based role supporting customers with sales enquiries, order processing, and service support. While industry experience isn't required, you'll bring confidence on the phone, a solutions-focused mindset, and a genuine passion for helping customers. Job Requirements

Handle customer enquiries via phone and email Process and manage sales orders accurately and efficiently Support stock control activities, including returns processing Maintain accurate records within the in NetSuite ERP system Previous experience in a contact centre or customer service environment, with a proven ability to deliver excellent customer outcomes A confident and professional phone manner, with strong verbal communication skills Competence using MS Office and confidence learning new systems (experience with NetSuite is advantageous) Strong organisation skills with high attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks accurately A calm, solutions-focused approach, with strong problem-solving and prioritisation skills.
