Electrician

A Manurewa based spa and pool employer is looking for a qualified electrician to join their team. The role involves designing, installing, and certifying electrical systems for spas and pools, ensuring all work meets safety standards and building codes regulations.

Key Responsibilities: - provide advice on wiring and circuits for spas and pools install subpanels, wiring for pumps, heaters, lighting, other components - set up safety switches and ensure all systems operate safely - ensure all electrical work complies with safety regulations and building codes - sign off electrical safety certifications for spa and pool installations - assist the team with general spa and pool maintenance as required

This role is ideal for someone with experience in spa and pool installation, who is adaptable, reliable, and enjoys working within a small team, supportive team. Flexibility with workdays and hours is important.

-Must be a certified Electrician, must be fully qualified -This is a entry level role but some experience is desirable of at least 6 months -Reliable and able to work effectively a small team -Flexible with workdays and hours -Holds a Full Class 1 Driver Licence and has own transport -There will be usage of a company vehicle so a Full Class 1 Driver licence is a must - Able to pass drug test and MOJ check (MOJ must be clean) -Be able to report to site/yard in Manurewa each day -able to work on a Saturday -must be physically fit as job requires physical/manual labour
