Support Worker (Hawkes Bay)

Health CareNZ has vacancies for Support Worker required in the Clive, Haumoana, Te Awanga, and Clifton area. As part of a wider team, you will assist clients to live as independently as possible, within their homes and community. You will help them to achieve their goals and reach their potential, through both practical and emotional support. Responsibilities can be varied, and you will follow a care plan, which may include some or all of the below: Meal preparation Community outings and integration Giving medication Personal cares (showering, toileting bowel cares etc.) Home management.
Travel time paid. Guaranteed 30 hours fortnightly. • Monday to Friday: 4:00pm – 6:30pm • Alternate weekends: 8:00am – 12:00pm and 4:00pm – 7:00pm (Hours can differ)
Job Requirements

You will have excellent communication skills. • Availability to work weekend shifts • Minimum restricted or full NZ drivers' license. • Your own reliable transport • Clean police check • Updated C.V with 2 available references.
