Maintenance/Carpentry

Well known Market Leader in the Hospitality/Hotel Industry based in the City is looking for a reliable proactive person with strong customer services skills to carry out specified repairs and maintenance, including minor carpentry/handyperson related activities and identify issues such as plumbing, electrical and mechanical and liaise with external contractors and vendors to fix these issues.
This role is on a 24/7 roster and you will be a member of the Maintenance Team reporting to the Maintenance Manager.
About you: Can use basic hand and power tools and happy to upskill Physically fit for manual handling, working at heights and in confined spaces Great communication skills, attention to detail Is highly safety conscious, well presented and have basic computer skills Must be able to pass a credit check to obtain a Certificate of Approval (this will be provided) Have some general building/maintenance or carpentry experience Experience with mobile lifters ladders or scaffolding is an advantage.
