Junior Cook – Start Your Hospitality Career in Milford

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who wants to learn the ropes, gain hands-on experience, and be developed for future leadership within the business. You’ll work alongside experienced chefs who are committed to training and mentoring the right person, building your skills from the ground up in a fast-paced kitchen. What You’ll Be Doing: • Preparing and cooking dishes to high standards in a busy environment. • Assisting with food preparation and basic kitchen duties. • Keeping the kitchen clean, organised, and running efficiently. • Washing dishes and maintaining a tidy workspace. • Working closely with the chefs and front-of-house team to deliver quality food quickly and consistently.

• Some experience is preferred but not essential. • A can-do attitude and genuine ambition to build a career in hospitality. • Willingness to get stuck in with cleaning, scrubbing, and all aspects of kitchen work. • Availability to work across seven days, including early mornings and late nights. • Reliable transport to and from work during early/late hours (or living locally in Milford). • A strong team player with a positive work ethic. • Must pass MOJ check
