We are looking for an experienced Duty Manager to join our Milford bar. This is a great opportunity to be part of a growing company with multiple venues. You will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring excellent customer service, maintaining high standards of cleanliness, and delivering top-quality food and drinks in a welcoming atmosphere. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to lead from the front in a fast-paced environment.

Job Requirements
- Must have min 6 months experience in a busy venue as a Duty Manager - Must have Current Duty Manager’s Certificate (LCQ certificate) - A natural and experienced team leader - Motivated and ready to support the team in any way required - Strong leadership skills and a positive attitude - Own transport to get to work (or live in Milford area) - Availability to work across 7 days till late - Must pass MOJ
