Catering Assistant – Te Awamutu Location: Te Awamutu

Overview: The Catering Assistant plays a key role in supporting the delivery of high quality food and service. This position assists with daily catering, events, and tournaments, ensuring the kitchen operates smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities: • Provides catering services on Club Days (Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday). • Assists with catering for additional activities, events, and tournaments as required. • Manages and maintains the food Plan. • Updates and monitors the Chomp catering digital system. • Purchases food, beverages, and equipment required for catering operations. • Prepares and presents food to a high standard. • Ensures the kitchen is kept clean, safe, and compliant with all food safety requirements. • Performs other duties as needed to support the overall objectives of the club.
