The key responsibilities Will be: • The ability and drive to learn to open and close the business operation on your rostered days • Maintain accuracy in financial and other system reporting • Set the daily production levels and communicate the same • Supervise all the rostered staff and organise tasks and breaks accordingly • Undertake the daily stock orders and supervise the operational cleaning • Operate the food standards plan and carry out all the scheduled maintenance plans • Attend to and escalate as required any operational issues and non-performances • Maintain health and safety standards and be responsible for security of the operation
Job Requirements
We are looking for Someone from the broader hospitality industry who has shown the capability to move into and develop into a management role with leadership ambitions and capability. Proven communication skills and good engagement with others. Must have Full Clean Drivers Licence Must pass MOJ & Police checks Must pass Pre-Employment Drug Test
