Are you motivated, reliable, and ready to kickstart a career in joinery? A well-established Marton business is looking for a Joinery Assistant to join their friendly and supportive team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work, is keen to learn, and wants to grow in a local, community-focused business.
About the role: • Assist skilled joiners with a variety of tasks, including measuring, cutting, and assembling. • Help keep the workshop and job sites organised and safe. • Opportunity to gain practical experience in joinery and building projects.
We’re looking for someone who: • Is physically fit and able to work on their feet. • Pays attention to detail and has good problem-solving skills. • Is confident with numbers and measurements. • Has joinery or building experience (preferred but not essential). • Holds a current driver’s license (restricted or full). • Hours: Monday–Friday
