Support Worker

Health CareNZ has vacancies for Support Workers in the Dannevirke area. As part of a wider team, you will assist our clients to live as independently as possible, within their homes and community. You will help our clients to achieve their goals and reach their potential, through both practical and emotional support. Responsibilities can be varied and you will follow a care plan, which may include some or all of the below: Meal preparation Community outings and integration Giving medication Personal cares (showering, toileting bowel cares etc.) Home management.
Job Requirements

You will have excellent communication skills. • Availability to work weekend shifts • A full NZ drivers' license and your own reliable transport. • Must pass Police vetting

- Rostered shifts between 8:30am – 12:30pm and 3:00pm – 6:30pm (20 hours per week)
