A leading tech retailer continues to experience significant growth across its partner and vendor marketing activity. The Commercial Marketing Lead and existing Partner Marketing Specialists are performing strongly and driving excellent results, particularly with major brands such as Apple who are seeking increased engagement across consumer, commercial and digital marketing initiatives.
To support this momentum, the business is adding an additional Partner Marketing Specialist to help manage the growing volume of partner-driven campaigns and ensure continued delivery of high-quality, timely marketing activity. This new role will help balance workload, maintain strong vendor relationships and provide essential support for Apple and other key partners.
This is a great opportunity for someone with marketing experience who enjoys relationship management, campaign coordination and working closely with global technology vendors.
About the Role
- You will support a wide range of partner and vendor marketing activities; from campaign planning and execution through to reporting, billing and day-to-day relationship management. - The role works closely with Product Managers, the Commercial & Education teams, the Digital Team, and multiple global vendors to bring impactful marketing initiatives to life across web, email, social, SEM and in-store environments. - This position is ideal for someone who is organised, confident in communication, and enjoys working at the intersection of marketing and commercial partnership management.
Key Responsibilities
Work with Business, Education, Wholesale and Product Management teams to develop partner marketing ideas Schedule partner initiatives in the marketing calendar Coordinate with graphic designers to prepare marketing collateral Schedule and send EDMs using the company’s email system Collaborate with the Digital Team to promote campaigns via email, social, SEM and display advertising Generate campaign performance reports and analytics Create engaging articles, posts and website content about partner promotions, products, events and services Produce high-quality product or service descriptions Develop general website content as required Share knowledge and techniques to help improve overall team performance Support team members with technical or marketing queries where appropriate Work closely with internal teams and escalate issues to the Marketing Manager as needed Report system discrepancies or campaign issues promptly
Job Requirements
Requirements - 3 to 5 years of marketing experience, ideally within IT hardware, partner marketing, retail marketing or a similar commercial marketing environment - In-depth knowledge of IT hardware is essential, as the role requires understanding product features, market positioning and technology trends to create accurate marketing collateral and support high-quality partner campaigns. - Strong communication and relationship-building skills - Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously in a fast-paced environment - Confidence in producing written content and developing marketing collateral briefs - Strong organisational skills and high attention to detail - A proactive, collaborative attitude with a willingness to learn - Experience working with major global brands is highly desirable
- Days of work
- Monday to Friday, roster b/w 9AM – 6PM, flexibility required around weekend work, if required. (30 hours per week) (30 hours per week)
