As Assistant Manager, you will play a key leadership role in the day-to-day running of the store. You will:

Deliver warm, memorable customer experiences that keep people coming back Lead, coach and support team members to achieve sales targets Act as second-in-charge and confidently run the store in the owners’ absence Oversee stock control, ordering, repairs and store administration Maintain high visual merchandising and presentation standards Assist with website management (Shopify) and lead our social media marketing Support training initiatives including Showcase and Pandora programs

We’re seeking someone who: Has previous retail experience (jewellery experience highly regarded) Has leadership or senior sales experience Is confident closing sales and building rapport naturally Has strong administration and computer skills Is highly organised and detail-focused Takes pride in accuracy and financial integrity Is confident with social media and digital marketing Presents professionally and communicates warmly Enjoys working as part of a supportive, close-knit team
