Host & Ticket Checker Provide professional, efficient and safe guest service to all visitors and the wider team. You’ll greet guests, provide information, and ensure correct lift tickets are used for lift access. What you’ll bring: • Proven experience in a customer-facing guest service role • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, high-pressure environment • Flexibility to adjust plans and priorities as conditions change
Sales Attendant Deliver professional, efficient and safe guest service across Guest Services (on-mountain), HQ (Ohakune township), or Retail (on-mountain). What you’ll bring: • Proven experience in a customer-facing role • Confidence with computer-based systems • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
Rental Attendant Provide professional and efficient rental services including ski, snowboard and boot fitting, plus helmet and clothing rentals. What you’ll bring: • Previous snowsports rental experience preferred • Basic knowledge of snowsports equipment, helmets and clothing • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Job Requirements
• Must be available for early morning starts from 6:00am (Transport: Staff vans are available for morning shifts, operating between 6:00am and 8:00am, pickup Ohakune.) • Must be able to pass a Ministry of Justice (MOJ) check • Must pass a pre-employment drug screening • Provide an up-to-date CV outlining relevant experience • Supply two recent referees
