An European styled cuisine is seeking 3 experienced and motivated Chef de Parties to manage a specific section of the kitchen and deliver high-quality dishes in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will take responsibility for their designated area, ensuring consistency, efficiency, and adherence to food safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
-Prepare, cook, and present dishes within your designated section to a consistently high standard -Manage and oversee a specific station (e.g., grill, larder, pastry, sauce, etc.) -Ensure all mise en place is completed prior to service -Maintain portion control and minimise food waste -Assist with menu development and daily specials where required -Monitor stock levels within your section and communicate ordering needs -Train and support Commis Chefs and junior kitchen staff -Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and workplace Health & Safety standards -Maintain cleanliness and organisation of your workstation at all times

Job Requirements
Skills & Experience:
-Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or strong experience as a Commis Chef ready to step up -Relevant cookery qualification (preferred) -Strong understanding of cooking techniques and kitchen operations -Knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and stock control procedures -Ability to work efficiently under pressure -Strong teamwork and communication skills
