Cafe attendant, kitchen staff and cleaning attendant

- Must be available for early morning starts from 6am - transport up the mountain provided, must be able to get to base of mountain. - pass MOJ and pre employment drug screening.

Cafe attendant: - Ensure all tasks have been completed thoroughly, in a timely manner and that quality standards are maintained at a high level. Including but not limited to: Greet customers, take orders, and assist with menu inquiries. - Operate the point of sale system, process customer transactions, make coffee. - Ensure all work areas are clean and tidy. - Adhere to health and safety standards, including food safety protocols at all times.

Work Experience and Qualifications: - Demonstrated experience in hospitality or guest service, preferred. - Barista experience and certifications, preferred. - Food safety certifications, preferred. - Experienced in a dynamic and high pressure environment.

Kitchenhand: - Ensure all tasks have been completed thoroughly, in a timely manner and that quality standards are maintained at a high level. Including but not limited to: Organise kitchen inventory, ensuring proper storage of ingredients and utensils. - Prepare ingredients, food for menu items. - Assist with food packaging and labeling for storage. - Ensuring dishes are cleaned and restocked for service. - Restock supplies. - Ensure all work areas are clean and tidy. - Ensure all equipment and tools are competently operated, properly maintained, cleaned, and stored appropriately. - Adhere to health and safety standards, including food safety protocols at all times.

Work Experience and Qualifications: - Demonstrated experience in a similar role, preferred. - Food safety certifications, preferred. - Experienced in a fast paced and high pressure environment.

Cleaning attendant: - The Cleaning Attendant will provide a professional, thorough, efficient and safe cleaning service including but not limited to; Pure Turoa guest rest rooms, Medical Centre, Staff room kitchen areas, staff rest rooms and offices.

Work Experience and Qualifications: - Demonstrated experience in commercial cleaning preferred. - Experienced in a dynamic and high pressure environment.
