Customer Service Representative - Petrol Station

Full time Night Shift Customer Service Representatives are urgently required for a reputable company operating a cluster of service stations based in Auckland Central and East to provide extraordinary and efficient customer service.

The CSR is responsible for completing tasks such as:

• Merchandising and stock replenishment. • Cleaning and preparing the site for the busy morning shift. • Ensuring excellent standards of housekeeping. • cleanliness and product/service quality are maintained. • As food and coffee is an integral part of the sites offer, the CSR will ensure excellent operational standards are achieved in drink making techniques. • Food handling, preparation and customer service. • Given the nature of the business, maintaining safety protocols and ensuring food safety standards are maintained is a key activity. Full training will be provided to the right candidates including opportunity to gain NZQA qualifications in Retail / Hospitality.

• Retail Customer Service Experience for at least 6 months preferably in a petrol station. • You must pass pre-employment MOJ Police check and Drug Tests. • Must have reliable transport - Full licence and own transport. • You thrive on providing extraordinary customer service in a manner which is friendly, welcoming and efficient. • You are well groomed, presentable and approachable, and are team orientated. • You are adaptable and able to deal with challenging customers. • You are a self-starter and proactive in completing tasks prescribed to you as well as showing initiative to undertake other activities • Must be honest, hardworking, punctual and physically fit and agile.
