Woolworths Helensville Multiple roles available 1 x Food Operations Specialist (Supervisor role) 40 hours Supervising 4 staff within replenishment and stock management 1 x Retail Assistant - Availability - 30 hours Shop floor and back of house stock management 1 x Retail Assistant - Replenishment - Part time causal (Afternoon and weekend shifts) Stocking shelves
What you'll do l Hei Mahi Champion Customer Service: Be highly visible on the shop floor, engaging customers with personalised assistance and promptly resolving inquiries and complaints.
Ensure Store Accuracy: Maintain precise inventory control, including verifying stock and conducting stocktakes, and meticulously perform all price integrity routines.
Process Deliveries & Maintain Presentation: Accurately process deliveries in a timely manner and support store presentation by ensuring areas are clean and organised.
Support Daily Operations: Collaborate effectively with the team and "swarm" to achieve smooth daily operations and contribute to overall store objectives.
Prioritise Safety & Compliance: Uphold safety protocols, report hazards, and ensure all tasks adhere to company policies and legal requirements.
