Seasonal Orchard & Vineyard Workers needed for Edgecombe and Te Puke We are seeking reliable and hardworking Seasonal Orchard & Vineyard Workers to join our team across harvest, winter, and summer seasons. This role involves hands-on orchard and vineyard duties, supporting crop production and maintaining high operational standards.
Key Responsibilities Harvest Season: Blueberry harvesting and fruit picking Pruning plants and vines General property and crop maintenance Maintaining cleaning and sanitation standards Following supervisor instructions and workplace procedures
Winter Season: Pruning vines and plants Tying and securing canes Grafting General maintenance duties Cleaning and sanitation of tools and work areas
Summer Season: Training canes onto support strings Removing blank shoots Pruning male vines General maintenance tasks Maintaining a clean and safe work environment

Job Requirements
Wear appropriate, comfortable clothing suitable for orchard work Provide valid proof of identification (e.g., Passport or Birth Certificate plus photo ID) Be willing to demonstrate orchard experience through a practical trial, followed by a face-to-face interview Be physically fit and capable of performing manual outdoor work Demonstrate punctuality, reliability, and responsiveness Ability to follow instructions accurately and adhere to workplace procedures Work effectively as part of a team Have reliable transportation to and from the worksite
