Truck Driver Class 5

We are currently seeking an experienced and reliable Class 5 Truck Driver with 2 years of experience to join our team. This role involves completing containers deliveries throughout the Auckland region while maintaining high standards of safety, compliance, and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities: - Carry out deliveries across Auckland safely and efficiently. - Ensure all deliveries are accurate, on time, and free from damage. - Confirm that the vehicle’s COF (Certificate of Fitness) and RUC (Road User Charges) are current and up to date. - Conduct regular vehicle inspections and safety checks to ensure roadworthiness. - Accurately complete and submit all required documentation, including logbooks and proof of delivery. - Follow all company health and safety policies and procedures at all times. - Estimate and manage load weights to comply with legal limits and ensure safe weight distribution.

• Must have 2 years of proven experience operating Class 5 vehicles with valid Class 5 driver’s licence. • Must have dangerous Goods endorsement. • Swing lift experience of at least 3 months required. • Medically fit and able to meet the physical demands of the role. • Must pass MOJ check and drug test. • Strong understanding of transport regulations and safety compliance. • Good work ethic and positive attitude. • Team player with the ability to work independently. • Punctual, reliable, and committed to getting the job done. • Flexible with work hours, including availability for weekends and night shifts.
